2. Never claim the graphic(s) as your own.
3. Give descriptive details.
4. Don't leave it up to the designers to decide anything.
... 5. Don't leave anything blank.
6. Specify what kind of graphic you want. (if that's what you're requesting)

The Form is down at the moment. Please email the Admin with your request. Be sure to included all of the following information.
